Join us for breakfast on Thursday, October 20th at 8:15am to celebrate & support our scholars & teaching fellows at Breakthrough of Greater Philadelphia!

Funds raised will enable delivery of our year-round, TUITION-FREE program and ENROLLMENT EXPANSION as we increase participation among rising 6th graders in Philadelphia.

The Breakthrough program is critical for both students and teachers — most especially as school communities in Philadelphia face teacher shortages and recover from pandemic learning loss. Our academic and co-curricular enrichment and high school readiness program runs tuition-free for middle school students in public, parochial, and charter schools all across Philadelphia. For our teaching fellows, we provide professional development, stipends and housing. Our program is hosted on the campus of Germantown Friends School.

Breakthrough Scholars and Teaching Fellows will benefit tremendously from your support. We look forward to seeing you on October 20th to celebrate our scholars and teaching fellows!
