We have successfully opened Boston’s first free nature preschool in collaboration with the city’s Universal PreK and the Franklin Park Zoo. This is an important step forward in our ongoing efforts to expand access to nature preschool.

While we are very grateful to zoo staff for temporary access to one of their classrooms, building a yurt is essential to provide a long-term home base for our full-day nature preschool!

The total cost to build our yurt will be approximately $166,000. After accounting for generous contributions from Universal Pre-K, Gould Charitable Foundation, and Zoo New England, we still need to raise $55,000. We are asking you to consider making a donation to support this crucial construction project. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference!
