Kimmie Gilbert's Story

I’m walking to support people living with Borderline Personality Disorder, and the families, clinicians, researchers, and communities working toward better care. BPD is still one of the most misunderstood and stigmatized mental health conditions. Too often, people affected by it are met with fear or stereotypes instead of compassion, effective treatment, and hope. As a clinical psychology Ph.D. student studying personality pathology, relationships, and recovery, this cause is deeply connected to the work I care about most. I’m fundraising because people with BPD deserve dignity, serious scientific attention, and care shaped by the voices of those most affected. Thank you for supporting me and this cause.
