As the 2026 semester begins, so does your field trip planning. The Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre returns this year with its condensed version of Rapunzel, A Story Book Ballet, on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 9:30 am at the River Center Theatre for Performing Arts. Your school is invited to attend this 1 hour ballet.

Rapunzel, a full-length ballet choreographed originally in 2017 by Rebecca Acosta and Jonna Cox, returns to the stage this spring! This ballet has it all: a peaceful village, an enchanted forest, a witch, fairies, and of course the long-haired maiden and her prince. This program will be a delight for all ages!

The cost for this performance is only $18 per person and can be purchased individually or in group bundles.

Seating will be by general admission as students arrive with ushers directing assigned locations.
Tickets are nonrefundable.
Parking Garage is available for cars.
The River Center has a clear bag policy (no purses/backpacks) and credit/debit only for parking garage (no cash).
