I don't think they know the impact they have. It's like the saying you never know how close someone is to the edge of the cliff and they have never made me feel bad or ashamed for where I'm at in life. I don't have family and am here solo so your establishment has supported me so that I can wash my laundry with proper soap, that I can wash my hair, dishes, a blanket to sleep on, kid books, diapers, baby food...
