This August, you can help give local adoptive, kinship, and foster youth the dignity of choice this school year by giving the gift of kids being able to select their own brand-new backpacks, shoes, and school gear.

As we look toward the upcoming school year, the demand for back-to-school support has surged. Rising inflation and sudden, unexpected placements leave foster and kinship caregivers with little time or budget to prepare. These financial pressures put essential school readiness out of reach for families opening their homes to vulnerable youth.

To ease this burden and empower students, Foster Love Project is hosting our annual Back 2 School Bash. This event focuses on providing high-quality, brand-new items that help kids walk into their first day with confidence.

Our goal is to serve 250 youth, providing each child with:

A pair of brand-name tennis shoes and new socks
A new hoodie
A new backpack of their choice

100% of your financial support directly funds this gear, turning basic back-to-school preparation into a lasting experience of dignity and pride.
