Marching Band Tailgate Dinners

This marching season there will be 4 home games. We are serving meals at 4 games, and we will need volunteers and donations for all 4 events. The tight schedule on game days makes it EXTREMELY difficult for students to get home and back in time for the game. The HMA offers Tailgate Dinners available for purchase for the Marching Band before each game.

These are the tailgate dinner dates:

September 13 - Jimmy John's Subs (Drumline, Gold, Green and Symphony band) Orders due Sept 11
September 27 - Palm Palace (Drumline, Gold, Green and Symphony band) Orders due Sept 25
October 4 - Tmaz Taqueria (Drumline, Gold, Green and Symphony band) Orders due Sept 30
October 10 - Thursday! Pizza (Drumline, Varsity, Gold, Green and Symphony band) Orders due Oct 8

The price of each meal will be $10.00. Students that need financial assistance may reach out to Mr. Ash (ashr@aaps.k12.mi.us).

Parents: Please sign up and pay (by clicking the yellow button titled "Donate & Tickets") for all of your students' food selections on this form and pay online. You will receive an email receipt with tickets for each meal. Make sure your student has that ticket on the day of the event!

If you would like to pay by cash or check, you do not need to fill out this form BUT you will need to email your food choices to a2huronband@gmail.com at least 2 days before the event.

***We need many volunteers and donations of snacks/desserts/drinks to make this happen!
