Help send surviving families and veterans to march together in honor of the fallen. On April 9 and 10, 2027, the Project EPIC Forward team will take on the Mountain Man Memorial March in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

We are 25% of the way to the $20,000 the team needs. Will you help get them to the starting line?

When a service member dies, their family can lose their connection to the military community. Many veterans carry their own losses from service, often alone. Both carry the fallen with them every day.

Project EPIC Forward, from Memories of Honor, brings them together. EPIC stands for Endure. Preserve. Inspire. Connect. Surviving families and veterans train, march, and remember side by side, carrying the names of the fallen with every step. Memories of Honor was founded by Amy Cotta, a Blue Star Mother of a U.S. Marine, who has marched the Bataan Memorial Death March since 2012.

How it works

Step 1: Give any amount toward the team's $20,000.

Step 2: Add a name if you want to give in honor or in memory of someone.

Step 3: Watch this page for team updates as they march on April 9 and 10, 2027.

Where your gift goes: entry fees, group housing, team gear, and a team dinner for the surviving families and veterans on the team.

When the team crosses the finish line, they carry the fallen forward with them. Your gift puts them on that road.

Every Day is Memorial Day.

Memories of Honor is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit ensuring America's fallen service members are remembered and the families who carry their memory are seen and supported.
