Raffle Rules for Hilton Head Vacation Stay

Eligibility:
- Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
Raffle Ticket Purchase:
- Tickets are available for purchase at $25 each.
- All ticket purchases are final; no refunds will be issued.
- A total of 400 tickets are available.
Prize Details:
- One (1) week-long vacation stay in Hilton Head, SC.
- Accommodation dates are subject to availability and must be booked though Gary and Jada Williams.
Restrictions:
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash or other goods/services.
- Travel, meals, and other expenses (e.g., transportation, activities, and incidentals) are not included.
Drawing and Notification:
- The raffle drawing will take place on April 4th, location is TBD. Winner does not have to be present.
- The winner will be notified by phone, within 24 hours of the drawing.
- If the winner cannot be reached within within 5 days, an alternate winner will be drawn.
Claiming the Prize:
- Identification is required to claim the prize.
Other Conditions:
- By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to have their name and likeness used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- You will be required to sign a contract agreeing to take responsibility for any damages that may occur during your stay.
Legal Compliance:
- This raffle is conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Participants are responsible for verifying raffle legality in their jurisdiction.
