“Ending the struggle, one Oreo at a time”

Be the Voyce was inspired by our fur baby, Oreo. From the day we adopted him—our buck-toothed baby, one of the last two siblings considered “unadoptable”—he became our joy and our voice.

But with every moment of joy, we thought about the countless strays on the streets, the ones waiting in shelters, and those facing euthanasia. In each of them, we saw Oreo—the same spark, the same hope, the same feelings of wanting nothing more than to find their human. While Oreo’s struggle ended the day he came home, so many others are still waiting.

Through Oreo, we began to see every stray on the streets and in shelters, both here and around the world. In each of them, we saw a reflection of Oreo—the same longing for love, safety, and a home. While Oreo found his forever family, so many others never get that chance.

Be the Voyce was born from that vision: to give every stray the love, security, and second chance that Oreo was so lucky to receive.

Dba Strength in Tiny Packages

Story- Strength in Tiny Packages is a nonprofit organization founded by “Devika Walia”, only surviving sibling of micro preemie triplets, gives back to NICU families. She has taken something sad, the loss of her brother and sister, and has chosen to focus on the positive-that she herself survived the odds of a very premature birth.

She had been thinking of a way to honor her siblings’ memories. While working as a unit secretary in the NICU at Aultman Hospital, she saw a single mother struggling with a variety of needs. It was during this time that she had the idea to begin raising funds for families affected by prematurity.

Some families really grapple with the difficulties of a long NICU stay, while infants fight their battles in the Nicu, mothers-especially those navigating postpartum challenges and the NICU journey-through thoughtfully curated care packages that remind them they are never alone.

Mission- Strength in Tiny Packages mission is to support families and mothers through postpartum and NICU journeys with care packages and love.

Combined Mission- Be the Voyce brings strength in tiny packages by rescuing animals at risk of euthanasia, supporting mothers through the NICU and postpartum journey, and uplifting humans in need. We believe saving one life-whether human or animal creates ripples of hope, healing and compassion across entire communities.
