A New Direction for Local Youth

Every day after school, hundreds of young people in our community face the same question: Where do I go now?

For many at-risk youth, the hours between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM are when they're most vulnerable to negative influences, violence, and isolation. Without positive role models and a safe place to belong, the choices made during these critical hours can shape the course of a child's future.

At Beyond The Bell Mentorship & Boxing Club, we're changing that story.

We provide more than a boxing gym—we provide a second home where young people build confidence, discipline, accountability, and purpose. Through mentorship, structured training, and meaningful relationships, our students discover what they're truly capable of, both inside and outside the ring.

The Need Is Greater Than Ever

Our program has grown faster than we ever imagined.

Today, our current space is at capacity, and we continue to receive requests from families, schools, and community partners who want to enroll youth in our program. Every child deserves access to the same mentorship and opportunities, but our current facility limits how many we can serve.

We've seen firsthand that this program works.

Students gain confidence, improve their attendance, develop leadership skills, and make healthier choices. Some of our earliest participants are now returning to mentor the next generation—proof that investing in one child creates a ripple effect throughout the community.

Our Vision for Growth

Expand Program Hours – Increase training and mentorship opportunities so we can serve significantly more youth each week.
Secure a Larger Facility – Move into a larger location in Kent that can accommodate more students, additional programming, and a full-size boxing ring.
Upgrade Equipment – Purchase safe, professional-grade boxing equipment and replace worn gear so every student can train in a safe environment.
Strengthen Community Partnerships – Continue building relationships with Kent School District, King County Juvenile Probation, and local organizations to connect the youth who need us most with life-changing mentorship.
