The organization struggles to accommodate the growing number of interested participants, leading to long waitlists and reduced opportunities for hands-on learning. Consequently, the impact of the organization’s mission is diminished, as fewer kids benefit from the transformative educational experiences that could spark their interest in aviation careers. Expanding the fleet would not only alleviate these constraints but also enable the organization to reach its goal of impacting over one million lives globally by 2030 by inspiring and equipping future generations, fostering a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline prepared to lead and innovate in the global aviation and technology sectors.
