Borne Dance Company is a Sacramento-based collective of artists dedicated to using dance as a tool for mental health awareness and healing. Through performances, workshops, and community events, we aim to spark conversation around eating disorders and other mental health challenges, reminding audiences that recovery and self-acceptance are possible.

Each season, we invite guest artists from all backgrounds and disciplines to join our mission. These artists range from young students discovering their voice to emerging creators, seasoned professionals, and community members who simply love to move. By welcoming dancers, musicians, and collaborators of all experience levels, we create a space where art and empathy can meet without barriers. This intergenerational and interdisciplinary exchange strengthens our message that every story and every body has value.

Donations directly support our donation-based performances, workshops, and community shows, helping us keep art accessible and healing-centered.
