Team EMF Takes on the 2026 Boston Half Marathon

On Sunday, November 8, 2026, Team Expect Miracles Foundation [EMF] will take on the Boston Half Marathon, turning 13.1 miles into meaningful impact in the fight against cancer.

Thanks to our longstanding partnership with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Dana-Farber has generously provided Expect Miracles Foundation with bibs for the 2026 Boston Half Marathon. Our runners are taking on the challenge with a shared goal: to raise critical funds in support of Expect Miracles Foundation’s annual giving to Dana-Farber and help advance life-saving cancer research. Every donation brings us closer to our goal.
