FAQs

How much does it cost for a “General Admission” ticket?

It costs $30 per person! Attendees 13 and older need their own ticket.

How much does it cost to bring children along?

Attendees 12 and under attend for free! Registration is still required and must be accompanied by an adult.

How much does it cost for a “Tabletop Showcase Submission” ticket?

It costs $50 per game! Please reach out to operations@bostonfig.com if a discount for showcase submissions is needed!

How much does it cost for a “Digital Showcase Submission” ticket?

It costs $75 per game! Please reach out to operations@bostonfig.com if a discount for showcase submissions is needed!

If I go with others as a group, will there be a discount price?

Yes, if this is a group of four! Save $20 when you buy four General Admission tickets together! A “Bundle of 4” costs $100, instead of $120!

Do I need to buy both a “General Admission” ticket and a “Showcase Submission” ticket, if I want to attend and showcase a game at BostonFIG?

Games accepted to the Showcase receive two complimentary tickets to the Festival. Studios who submitted a game but did not get accepted still receive one complimentary Festival pass!

Can I submit multiple games for BostonFIG 2024?

Multiple games from the same team or individual can be submitted (with no discount), but only one game from the same team or individual will be accepted!

I’d like a discount for a showcase ticket. I cannot afford the showcase ticket prices for attending BostonFIG.

Discounts are provided on a general case-by-case basis. Please reach out to operations@bostonfig.com if a discount for showcase submissions is needed!

Are there any safety policies for BostonFIG?

Do I need to wear a mask for BostonFIG?

Due to the ongoing threat of COVID-19, masks that fully cover both the nose and mouth are required for our in-person event for attendees over the age of 5. Please see our COVID-19 Policies page for more information.

Are there any forms to fill out when I select a “Showcase Submission” ticket?

There will be a game submission form to fill out when “Buy Tickets!” is clicked, and then upon selecting either the “Tabletop Showcase Submission” ticket and/or the “Digital Showcase Submission” ticket.
