The mission of Spartan Volleyball Organization (SVO) is to grow the sport of volleyball within the McFarland community and to instill the love of the game in every player. The McFarland Boys Volleyball Club (MBVC) operates under the Spartan Volleyball Organization (SVO).

Our vision is to be a leading youth volleyball program that provides comprehensive training and development opportunities for our players of all backgrounds and abilities. We aim to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where every athlete is empowered to reach their full potential. Our goal is to equip our athletes with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to excel in volleyball and beyond. Through our commitment to excellence in coaching, facilities, and resources, we strive to create a pathway for our players to achieve their dreams and reach their full potential.
