Instructor Dana Chloe Morgan returns to the Library with a refresher and new exercises to improve balance, posture, and coordination while stimulating cognitive function. Along the way, you’ll learn new techniques to promote relaxation, increase self-awareness, and inspire healthy lifestyle habits—helping you feel sharper, steadier, and more energized in daily life.
