About Pawsitively 4 Pink

Pawsitively 4 Pink is a Massachusetts-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting low-income, underserved women diagnosed with breast cancer. We believe no one should have to choose between paying their bills and fighting for their life—and that’s where we step in.

Through our Power to Thrive Program, we provide direct financial assistance for everyday essentials like housing, utilities, groceries, and transportation, allowing women to focus on healing instead of financial stress. Our support doesn’t end when treatment does—we continue to walk alongside the women we serve for up to six months post-treatment, because that’s often when support is needed most.

We also bring comfort and connection in unique ways through programs like our Pink Paws Project, which places trained puppies with women and families impacted by breast cancer, offering emotional support, companionship, and moments of joy during incredibly difficult times.

At our core, Pawsitively 4 Pink is about showing up—when it matters most, in ways that truly make a difference. Every dollar raised goes toward helping women not just get through breast cancer, but feel supported, seen, and cared for along the way.
