THE NEED IS GREAT! We are so grateful for the individuals and community partners who invest in our mission. Over 80% of our funding comes from private donors like you. Maybe you know someone with an addiction problem, a family member or a neighbor?

HELP US SECURE OUR MISSION to assist individuals seeking recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, we aim to offer all the resources necessary for beginning and sustaining their recovery journey. As of July 10th we have assisted over 101 individuals in 2024. Additionally we average over 100 adults and children that participate in our weekly family recovery program, which also gives them access to lifeline support supplies.

FOCUS ON THE FAMILY When an individual struggles with addiction, a family suffers. Each week new families reach out to us for help. Feeling alone on this journey, they seek direction and guidance. Our staff spends on average 100+ hours a week helping families navigate through overdose trauma, detox, sober living, recovery programs and possibly intervention.

CREATING AWARENESS, erasing stigma and learning to navigate recovery is the focus of our new Media Campaign. We feel it is important to change the conversation around substance use disorder. EXTENDING A HAND UP can take us to places many people would rather not go. During our “Reach the Streets“ event we stationed ourselves near the Salvation Army on 14th Street, distributing over 70 sets of food bags, water bottles, and hygiene kits. A 19-year-old girl expressed that she was exhausted from life on the streets and wanted to make a change. With our support, she is now in a safe sober living house. Additionally, four more individuals expressed their desire to enter sober living as soon as possible. We also encountered an overdose victim, our team administered Narcan and called EMS, which saved the man’s life. The struggle is real, and we will continue to extend a helping hand for those seeking a better life.
