Volunteer at our Shop 4 A Cause

We need volunteers to help us at the Buffalo Exchange $1 Sale, where clothing and accessories are only $1.00 a piece!*

What will volunteers need to do?

Great question! Our Shopping Day Volunteers will be our Shopping Ambassadors--their primary duties will be helping count and bag purchases, helping customers as needed, and helping restock clothes until we sell out!

What is the time commitment?

Volunteering for our Shop 4 A Cause is a One-time, One-Day event. Volunteers are asked to commit to 9:30am until 3pm. We will be doing a welcome breakfast and orientation before setting up. PLUS, all volunteers who arrive before 10am get to do Volunteer Appreciation Shopping--shop before the doors open at 11am!
The sale goes quickly, so we are wrapped up once everything is sold out! Generally, this happens in 3-4 hours. Volunteers will still get credit for six hours of community service.

100% of the shopping proceeds go directly to COMPASS AFFORDABLE HOUSING to stabilize families moving out of homelessness and into hope!

Your shopping savvy will support affordable housing for people with special needs, provide food security for grannies on fixed incomes, and provide employment services for families getting back on their feet!
