ABOUT CAP:
Founded in 2006, College Access Plan (CAP) is an independent, 501c3 nonprofit that prepares underserved students to succeed in college. We believe that higher education is a vital source of creative capacity, economic opportunity, civic engagement, and political power for students as individuals and as members of families and communities.

Through relationships and expertise, CAP supports underserved students to shape their educational trajectories regardless of academic achievement, citizenship status, or income level.

WHAT WE DO:
Thanks to your investment and collaboration with caring educators and partners, CAP will provide more college access and success support to first-generation college-goers and their families than ever before, serving an estimated 3,000 students and family members with college applications, financial aid, and other forms of essential college preparatory and success support.

Since 2006, our programs have partnered with the Pasadena Unified School District to support students, graduates, and families with no-cost, essential financial aid and holistic college admissions knowledge. In 2022, we expanded services to the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District.
