Catholic Charities Atlanta

For decades, Catholic Charities Atlanta has served as a vital safety net for individuals and families across North Georgia. With an increasing number of neighbors seeking legal assistance to navigate complex challenges, we are hosting our 2026 Holy Halloween! Run remotely this year, a focused fundraising initiative to expand our program capacity.

Immigration Legal Services

Catholic Charities Atlanta's Immigration Legal Services program provides low-cost, high-quality legal representation to hundreds of clients each year. A multilingual staff of accredited immigration attorneys and specialists helps individuals and families pursue permanent legal status, navigate the naturalization process, and secure representation in legal proceedings.

The program focuses on some of the most vulnerable members of our community, including survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking and unaccompanied immigrant children, providing services such as Refugee adjustment applications, DACA renewals, VAWA and U-visa cases, and legal interview preparation.

This is a remote 5K—run, walk, or move it your way, wherever you are, on your own schedule, between October 25th and November 2nd. Every dollar raised goes directly toward sustaining this program and its ability to serve Georgia families facing some of the highest-stakes legal decisions of their lives.

Your support helps make it possible for CCA to:

Offer consultations to families exploring their legal options
Prepare and file complex immigration cases and petitions
Host workshops, answer questions, and offer support to communities affected by increased immigration enforcement

Register, donate, or share this page to help expand access to justice for immigrants and refugees across the Atlanta area.
