Why We're Fundraising

For 65 years, CCP has been powered by the generosity of its community. Our volunteers give countless hours, our audiences fill our seats, and our supporters help make it possible for us to keep creating theater together.

But putting on a show takes more than what happens on stage. Costs continue to rise, from fairly compensating pit musicians to building sets and costumes, maintaining technical equipment, and keeping the lights, heat, and roof of the Hose House in working order.

That's why this gala is about more than celebrating an anniversary. It's about making sure there are many more anniversaries to come.

Every ticket purchased and every additional donation helps CCP continue to bring people together through theater while caring for the place we call home.

For 65 years, you have helped make Colonial Chorus Players part of this community. We hope you'll join us as we celebrate where we've been and help us look forward to where we're going.

Thank you for putting the “us” in Colonial Chorus Players.
