The specific purpose of the Community Center Without Walls Youth Empowerment Program is prevention. Since 2020, CCWW has been providing civic engagement training for middle school and high school students in Westchester County. The Program consists of Trailblazer Trainings for middle school students and the CCWW Youth Leadership Council for high school students.

CCWW youth groups meet once a week throughout the school year. Training sessions are 12 weeks long and led by an experienced facilitator. Each training will be held in different youth-friendly spaces dedicated to interconnectedness and social impact. CCWW youth will explore networking skills, public speaking, community organizing, advocacy, artivism, and volunteering through the arts and culture.

Recently, CCWW worked with the Westchester County Poet Laureate, Phylisha Villanueva, and The Pod by Cocoa Compassion in Dobbs Ferry, NY, to deliver a Youth-Friendly Social Justice poetry series. The Pod received a proclamation for existing and opening its doors to the CCWW Youth Empowerment Program. CCWW has engaged over 200 students across Westchester County.

In 2023, Earn Your Leisure supported Community Center Without Walls for $5,000. In 2024, CCWW received support for $15,000 from former Westchester County Executive and now Congressman of the 16th district, George Latimer. In 2025, CCWW was awarded a $5,000 grant from Affinity Federal Credit Union of White Plains, NY. Also, County Legislator, Jewel Williams Johnson representing the 8th district has agreed to provide $5,000 to continue programming support.
