The journey to Andros begins now! The Andros Field Study experience is not defined solely by the days your student spends on the island, but by the months of preparation, planning, responsibility, stewardship, and community effort that lead up to it.

Choose the Planning Approach That Works Best for Your Family - Families have multiple ways to make contributions, and every approach helps the Class of 2031 prepare for these meaningful experiences.

Option 1: Get Ahead of the Schedule - Contribute $2,000 by October 30, 2026: Families who have already completed a bulk of their fundraising and can contribute most of the estimated field study cost upfront can help Clark secure airfare and program reservations early while simplifying their own planning for the year. The January 2027 contribution can be made once fees are finalized.

Option 2: Finish Before Winter Break - Contribute $2,000 by December 31, 2026: Families still actively fundraising can spread contributions throughout the fall while taking advantage of fundraising opportunities and potential scholarship awards, reducing the amount owed in January 2027.

August 2026 - Contribute $800: Confirm your student's participation and help Clark secure key travel plans.
October 2026 - Contribute $400: Help secure International Field Studies programming and other major trip expenses.
November 2026 - Contribute $400: Support lodging, transportation, and other field study commitments as plans are finalized.
December 2026 - Contribute $400: Help cover remaining travel and program expenses as final preparations are made.
January 2027 - Remaining Balance: Finalize your student's field study account once all trip costs have been confirmed.

Making Your Contribution - The Andros fees will be posted in Focus, and families may pay online or through the Clark treasurer. Funds raised through individual Class of 2031 fundraising efforts and the Andros Scholarship may be applied toward the Andros fee.
