When TAG Alumni activate, great things happen!

TAG alumnus Coach Julio Salado, owner of Fitness Foundry was inspired during his EMT-B recertification, where he learned that bystander CPR is less common in Black and Latino communities due to systemic inequities, geographic barriers, and other factors.

👉🏽To help address this, He has been sharing information about Boston EMS's hands-only CPR and Stop the Bleed 🩸 training. He reached out to the TAG Association, knowing our commitment to empowering the Latino community and linked us to Boston EMS Captain Chu and the Community Initiatives Team to bring you a bilingual (English/Spanish) CPR and Stop the Bleed at LA SALA in Roxbury!

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 25 PEOPLE

Cuando los exalumnos de TAG se activan, ¡suceden grandes cosas!

El entrenador exalumno de TAG Julio Salado, dueño de Fitness Foundry, se inspiró durante su recertificación EMT-B, donde aprendió que la RCP por parte de transeúntes es menos común en las comunidades Negras y Latinas debido a desigualdades sistémicas, barreras geográficas y otros factores.

👉🏽Para soluncionar esto, ha estado compartiendo información sobre la capacitación en RCP con solo manos y Stop the Bleed (Detener el Sangrado) 🩸 de Boston EMS. Se comunicó con la Asociación TAG, conociendo nuestro compromiso de empoderar a la comunidad Latina y nos conectó con la Capitána Chu de Boston EMS y el Equipo de Iniciativas Comunitarias para brindarle una capacitación bilingüe (inglés/español) sobre RCP y Stop the Bleed en LA SALA en Roxbury.
