Join Renee Dahlke Zaloumis, LCSW, to learn how to support yourself through better sleep, nutrition, movement, social connection, and mindfulness. You deserve to feel well, too. Your mental and physical health directly affect your ability to help others, maintain relationships, and manage daily life.

Renee Dahlke Zaloumis, LCSW, is an East Bay–based Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 29 years of clinical experience supporting patients and their loved ones. Her diverse background spans inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and medical care, nursing and rehabilitation centers, cancer community organizations, and private therapy practice—giving her a deep understanding of the patient and caregiver journey.
