Known across F3 Nation as Carmen SanDiego, Torian represents what F3 stands for: Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith. He’s the kind of man who gets up before sunrise not only for the workout, but for the man beside him. He understands that showing up consistently can change lives.

F3 Nation is a national network of free, peer-led outdoor workouts for men. There are no membership fees, no barriers to entry, and no excuses needed. Men come for the workout, but they stay for the brotherhood, accountability, and community they find there.

For Torian, that mission has never just been words. He has lived it.

Every F3 workout ends in a Circle of Trust — a moment to reflect, encourage one another, and lead with gratitude. That same spirit is what this fundraiser is all about. Torian has poured his time, energy, leadership, and heart into the men and mission of F3 Nation.
