The Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes (CACFL) is a place where children find safety, support, and a path toward healing. When a child discloses abuse, their world changes in an instant—and we make sure they never face that moment alone.

Through a coordinated team of compassionate community partners, we bring law enforcement, child protective services, medical professionals, mental health providers, and family advocates together under one child-friendly roof. This multidisciplinary approach reduces trauma, strengthens investigations, and ensures that every child is heard and supported with dignity and care.

Beyond the investigation, we walk alongside children and their families as they navigate the healing process. We connect them with vital services—family advocacy, counseling, medical care, and long-term support—at no cost to them.

Our mission extends into the community as well. We provide free education and training on child abuse prevention, body safety, consent, and online protection. By empowering adults and youth with knowledge, we work to stop abuse before it happens and build safer communities for every child.
