Holly and Jerrica Thomas first met in downtown Canton in 2010. In a real life love-at-first-sight experience, these two love birds have been inseparable ever since. Fast forward 15 years, and now Holly, Jerrica and their 10 year old daughter Quin, find joy in celebrating all that downtown Canton and Stark County have to offer, especially the Canton Palace Theater! The three of them have shared the stage in a handful of musicals, but only Quin has graced the Palace stage in performances of Matilda and Footloose with Canton Theatre Kids! In the warm months, you can find the three of them on the kickball field with their team “Downtown”, or enjoying the outdoors camping at Atwood Lake. 

Holly has dedicated her life to serving local families as an Intervention Specialist with the Stark County Board of Developmental Disabilities for nearly 30 years. As an advocate, an educator, and passionate believer that one person can make a difference, Holly’s impact on her community goes far beyond the classroom through the relationships she maintains with her students and their families. Holly is a proud member of the 37th class of Leadership Stark County and a board member of Phoenix Rising. Above all else, being a mother and a wife are her proudest titles. 

Jerrica is easy to spot in a crowd with her neon green hair and black framed glasses, but you’ll likely remember her for her sense of humor. As a Vice President of Operations, Jerrica’s leadership style focuses on empowering the innate strengths of all individuals, while maintaining a unique and compassionate connection to her team. As a member of the 38th class of Leadership Stark County, Jerrica is constantly forming new bonds and connections to her community. 

Holly and Jerrica are excited to be a part of Canton Prom and support the Canton Palace Theater for the safe space is it creates for self expression, the celebration of art and preserving this historic Stark County landmark.
