Collaboraction is at a defining moment in its 29-year journey. As a Chicago-based arts organization dedicated to socially conscious theatre, we have continuously brought impactful stories to life, despite operating without a permanent home for the last four years.

Milestones such as THE LOST STORY OF EMMETT TILL: THEN AND NOW, which received national recognition and three Emmys, the critical success of Trial In The Delta: The Murder of Emmett Till, and the acclaimed remount of LA HAVANA MADRID, demonstrate our commitment to excellence. However, the limitations imposed by our lack of a permanent space have held us back from fully realizing our mission and expanding our impact.

In 2024, we overcame this challenge by securing a permanent home at the Kimball Arts Center in Humboldt Park, positioning us to revolutionize the way we engage with our communities. With your support, Collaboraction is poised to continue building upon our past success and making significant strides toward a future of artistic innovation, community connection, and social transformation.
