Sabrina Boyd-Surka's Story
Rock to the Future is extremely close to my heart. I've been volunteering with them for several years and joined the board last year. I'm always inspired by their new, bold endeavors to help the community, like becoming a diversion program and working in juvenile justice facilities. In the after school programs, it’s been such a joy to see how these students flourish with the knowledge and support RTTF gives them. This is more than a music program - it’s a safe space, it’s help with school and setting themselves up for life after graduation, and it’s giving them the confidence to be themselves and take on the world. My friends all know how valuable music education is - please support so that more students can have this life-shaping experience!
