Thank you for supporting CivicLex! We are so excited to celebrate our 5 year anniversary with you TONIGHT! Below is some important information you should review before arriving.

Ticket admission: When you arrive you will be directed to our check-in table and we will have your name on a list. No ticket necessary! That being said, you should have received an email receipt as proof of purchase should any issues arise.

Parking: Please refer to parking details and the map provided by The Kentucky Theatre on their FAQs page.

The Cocktail Hour: Every ticket purchase includes a free drink, tasty hors d'oeuvres from Selma’s Catering, and a chance to chat with other civic-minded Lexingtonians. The cocktail hour will last from 6-7 PM.

The Silent Auction: You’ll have a chance to win thousands of dollars in unique, Lexington-themed items and experiences. These include suite tickets to the Lexington Counterclocks, a private ride from CycleBar, Lexington Philharmonic tickets, and items from CD Central, Bourbon n’ Tolouse, West Sixth Brewing, Doodle’s, Ramsey’s, High on Arts and coffee, Trash Can Pottery, and many many more!

The Presentation: Hear a very brief presentation from CivicLex about its 5 year anniversary, featuring a short video made by former Civic Artist in Residence Tony Gilmore. This program will last from 7-7:30 PM

The Film: Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. Jimmy Stewart journeys to Washington, DC as Jefferson Smith, a man appointed to fill a vacancy in the US Senate, where he battles political corruption while fighting for his community with unwavering idealism. A classic tale of passion, justice, and the filibuster. The film will begin at 7:30 PM.
