MTN is proud to announce our 2025 grassroots projects!

Action Party - Through a Native American lens, this project explores the written word as authentic inspiration to social justice action and movement, as well as working to build strength, resiliency, and community for Native youth through written and multi-media expression

Bayou Food Forest - Bayou Food Forest is a free nursery, located within traditional Atakapa/Ishak territory of South Louisiana, which is working to supply perennial food crops and plants, propagated fruit trees, and skill-sharing activities, using anti-colonial, anti-capitalist culture, agriculture, and locally sustainable food systems.

Be Everything Farming - BEF is working to develop a Black-led cooperative network of locally grown food sources, through land stewardship, food system education, and environmental advocacy, in the food deserts of historically underserved and toxically overburdened communities along the Southern Mississippi River.

Delta Rootz - Delta Rootz works to support clinical herbalism education, Indigenous medicinal plant protections, and healing exchange; as well as, providing street medic training to Southeast tribal communities, mutual aid organizers, and disaster responsive organizations.

Din'e Land & Water - The ongoing effort to protect and restore the land and water resources of the Navajo Nation with a focus on insuring access to clean water, renewable energies, direct aid, labor, and responsible land management education, within their traditional territories.

Indigenous Advanced Education Project - To ensure equitable access to higher education and law school for Native American students by offering mentorship, tutoring, and application assistance, through culturally relevant and individualized programming that is tailored to address and overcome the unique challenges to Native scholars.

Migrant Support Project - MSP is working to support im/migrant individuals and families through humanitarian effort, direct aid, know your rights education, and resource information.

MTN National Training Program - This project seeks to support, uplift, and amplify existing resistance movements, while providing community organizers new strategies, tactics, and skills, for use in local justice campaigns.

MTN Mountain Space - The MTN mountains space is being created as a secure, relaxing, family-friendly, retreat and organizing space for advocates, activists and organizers across the nation.

RAM INC - RAM (Resist & Abolish the Military Industrial Complex), is working to build a more peaceful world by providing critical research, educating the public, growing regional organizing efforts against, and directly challenging the U.S. military industrial complex.

Unkicinip - Unkicinip (What Is Ours Remains) is dedicated to protecting the culture, tribal sovereignty, treaty rights, livelihood, and natural resources of the Lakota Nation.
