Facilitated by somatic practitioners Raina LaGrand (Root to Rise Somatics) & Anna Lemler (Unfurl & Rewild). This is a space to ground in connection and in possibility. We will gather together in intentional space for reflection, expression, and gaining tools for these times through somatics (body-based practice) and song.

For the potluck bring a dish and/or a song, poem, prayer, or instrument - or just bring yourself!
