This October, join us in supporting LIVESTRONG at the YMCA through our Ribbons of Honor fundraiser. For a $5 donation, you can purchase a ribbon in honor of a cancer survivor, thriver, or loved one. These ribbons—each representing a different type of cancer—will be proudly displayed throughout our Y, creating a powerful tribute of hope, remembrance, and community strength.

According to the CDC, there are about 1.8M new cancer cases annually in the U.S. Programs like LIVESTRONG at the YMCA are essential to support those returning from diagnosis onto a healing path. This no-cost, 12-week program helps participants rebuild strength, confidence, and wellness. We serve up to 70 survivors each year through guided exercise, emotional support, and connection in a safe environment.
