In the world of healing, where pills often dominate the conversation, there's a shining light of hope that's been making waves! We're proud to announce that for five wonderful years, we've been on an incredible journey at the Dr. Alauna Trauma Recovery Insititute (DA-TRI, prononced "Da Try"), working to eradicate trauma worldwide through education and skills training. We offer affordable mental health education and training in Empathy Skills Practice for Traumatized Humans™, a groundbreaking method that has empowered thousands to tap into their most evolved brain system, the powerful Prefrontal Cortex (PFC) to overcome trauma's grip on their lives. Through a “Skills Over Pills" Approach, DA-TRI is creating an Empathy movement that's changing the world.

As we mark this special 5-year milestone, we'd like to extend a heartfelt invitation to friends and supporters like you. We have served almost 2,000 learners via the Trauma Recovery Academy, our online, self-paced hub for practical, entertaining and educational coursework, such as Master Your Trauma, Master Your Amygdala, Empathy Skills Practice for Traumatized Humans and more!

2. A Caring Community: Dr. Alauna's Village has become a welcoming space for those seeking support and understanding. It's where people come together to share their experiences, learn from one another, and stand in unity on their healing path with a new way of thinking and speaking. It's a community that understands the importance of being intentional about how we impact others, centered around empathetic principals. Participants in our Get Free webinars, The Trauma C.U.R.E. events and Social Media pages become part of the Dr. Alauna Village, sharing knowledge and resources that further science-based mental health advancements.
