We're proud to announce that for five wonderful years, we've been on an incredible journey at the Dr. Alauna Trauma Recovery Insititute (DA-TRI, prononced "Da Try"), working to eradicate trauma worldwide through education and skills training. We offer affordable mental health education and training in Empathy Skills Practice for Traumatized Humans™, a groundbreaking method that has empowered thousands to tap into their most evolved brain system, the powerful Prefrontal Cortex (PFC) to overcome trauma's grip on their lives. Through a “Skills Over Pills" Approach, DA-TRI is creating an Empathy movement that's changing the world.

As we mark this special 5-year milestone, we'd like to extend a heartfelt invitation to friends and supporters like you.
