Every year, we bring DC residents and visitors together for a free celebration featuring competitions, performances, local vendors, activities, food, and plenty of opportunities to show off what makes our city unique.

And the best part? The DC State Fair is free for everyone.

But putting on a free, community-wide event takes a lot of work, and a lot of resources.

Your donation helps cover the many behind-the-scenes costs that make the Fair possible, from tents and tables to permits, equipment, sanitation, insurance, accessibility, entertainment, supplies, and more.

Every contribution makes a difference:

$25 can help provide supplies for Education Stage activities.
$50 can help supply t-shirts and snacks for our volunteers.
$100 can help us us make the Fair a zero waste event.
$250 or more can help pay musicians and dancers on the Main Stage.

Every dollar helps us get closer to our goal. In fact, if every person who came to the Fair last year gave just one dollar, we'd exceed our goal immediately.
