Developing Our Youth has a proud history of facilitating financial assistance for students, having  help contribute over $200 million to deserving individuals over the past 15 years. This year we have partnered with Senator Napoleon Harris and his Office of Education  to host our yearly scholarship event at South Suburban College. This two day event is scheduled to take place on October 19, 2024 with our scholarship giveaway, and annual Scholarship Fair will be held on October 23, 2024, featuring over 50 institutions and youth resources. We are writing to invite you to participate in our Developing Our Youth Awards Giveaway by sponsoring this event for deserving high school seniors. Each award recipient will also receive and a t-shirt to acknowledge their hard work. T-shirt to be worn  to our Scholarship Fair, allowing college representatives to recognize them as a “Developing Our Youth Scholar.” Your sponsorship would greatly impact the lives of these students, providing them with the support they need to pursue higher education. We welcome contributions from individuals, city officials, churches, non-profit organizations, companies, school districts, city police departments, and all other community stakeholders willing to assist.
