Together, we hold space for the next generation to build tangible artistic and professional skills while also gaining confidence, teamwork, and a deepened understanding of their own identity and power.

When young people have aspirations and big dreams, it makes them creative. It drives their self-expression. Dreams help them learn who they are - and what they stand for.

Pursuing their dreams brings young people closer to their liberation and healing. Over the last 8 years, programming at The Residency has helped over 500 young hip-hop artists and creators pursue their dreams, discover their unique voices, and become who they were meant to be.
