Like most RTE scholars, David and Leanna (above) are special people. These young adults, mostly first-generation college students, are fighting against the odds. Some of us were lucky to have at least one professional parent with a steady income growing up. We had a leg up and had a whole network of adults who could open doors for us and share their university and professional experiences. For RTE scholars, this is not necessarily true. But that's why RTE is here. This spring, we are proud to see 10 college graduates receive their bachelor's degree!!! Moreover, we are accepting 25 more college-bound Paly grads from the Class of 2024!

RTE helps our scholars through one-on-one mentorship, a supportive peer community and scholarship money. These funds come from generous people like you! We use 98% of all the funds raised to directly provide support to our students.

Our entire organization is composed of volunteers so your donations go directly to supporting the scholars.
