Adam Marles has served as President & CEO of EverTrue since 2021. Since assuming his role, he has led significant growth at EverTrue, including the addition of four life plan communities and a PACE site, tripling the size of the organization’s home health offering, increasing revenue by over $100 million, and championing the StillYou approach to serving people living with dementia. He is passionate about service to older adults and their pursuit of purpose and fulfillment.

Mr. Marles serves as Chair for LeadingAge Missouri and is a member of The Institute for Senior Living, a think-and-act tank of thought leaders focused on innovation, strategy and leadership to act as a catalyst to optimize the aging experience. He also serves on the LeadingAge National Public Policy Committee, the Lutheran Services in American Policy Committee, and the Board of Advisors for Saint Joseph Villa in Philadelphia. 

He is thrilled to be supporting the remarkable work of Independence Center and to follow in the (choreographed) footsteps of so many previous community leaders.
