I am excited and honored to support the Independence Center through Dancing with the St. Louis Stars. Mental health awareness is a priority in both my personal and professional life, and striving to make a difference in the community through a healthy lifestyle is a mission I am excited to be a part of.

I have been a Personal Trainer for almost 20 years, currently working in Clayton at Muscle Up Fitness. Empowering people to thrive, especially through movement, is a passion I share with the Independence Center and every dollar I raise will support individuals and families with vital programs like housing, employment and wellness.

A special dance appearance will be made by Mr. Jeff “The King” Drew on the night of the event - you don’t want to miss out!
