An Evening of Showing Up

On February 20, 2027, Delco Dads hosts Showing Up, our gala at Anthony's at Paxon Hollow. It is a night to celebrate the fathers, families, and neighbors who make Delaware County a stronger place to grow up.

Delco Dads is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rooted in Springfield and supporting the broader Delco community. We exist for one simple reason: kids do better when the men in their lives show up. That means showing up at the bus stop, on the sidelines, at the dinner table, and in the hard conversations.

The gala brings that community together under one roof, and it is a night meant to be shared. Bring your wife, partner, or significant other: showing up is something families do together, and they are every bit a part of this evening. It is a chance to honor the dads already doing the work and the partners who stand beside them, welcome the ones just finding their footing, and invite local partners to invest in what comes next.

Sponsorships are available at four levels: Legacy, Builder, Believer, and Backer

Connecting Purpose with Action

Purpose only matters when it turns into something a kid can feel. Every ticket, sponsorship, and donation at Showing Up goes toward putting dads in the room, on the field, and in their children's lives.

Your support turns our mission into action in three ways:

Bringing dads and kids together. Family events like Dads Night with the Kids give fathers easy, low-pressure ways to spend real time with their children.
Building a network of supported Fathers. Dads connect with other dads through shared activities, like our team at the Philly Bike Ride, so no father has to figure it out alone.
Helping families in need. When dads show up for their own kids, they start showing up for their neighbors, schools, and teams too. To this point, in our first year, we have donated over $3,000 to families in need in Delco and look to double this in 2027.

Showing Up is more than a night out. It is a commitment that carries into every week of the year that follows. We hope you will join us, and bring someone who should be in the room.
