CAMP SESSION TIMES for 5-day Wrestling Camp @ Northfield High School

Day 1 – 4 / 9:00 – 11:45 / Lunch / 12:30-2:45 // 3:00 – 4:00 (Review and hard wrestling)

Day 5 – 9 :00 – 11:45 / Lunch / 12:30-2:45 (only 2 sessions on Day 5)

In 2018, Purler Wrestling Academy (PWA) students won 43 state titles and we average over 125 state medalists each year. In 2019, 24% of Missouri’s high school state finalists, and a whopping 14% of the entire states’ state champions were from Nick’s Purler Wrestling Academy program! Since 2005, PWA students have earned over $3.5 Million in college wrestling scholarships.

Note – Wrestling, like gymnastics, has a lot of skills to learn and master. Unlike baseball (three moves – hit, throw, & catch) or soccer (two moves- dribble & pass), wrestling is a sport that is very complex. However, 95% of your points come from 5% of the wrestling and this approach gives your wrestler(s) the FOUNDATION needed to win titles.
