Description: A deep and smoky pre-Hispanic soup infused with achiote,
cilantro, tomatoes, and a variety of peppers, topped with Chincho
cheese.

3. Dessert

A. Name: Sikil - The Dessert
Description: A fusion of flavors with this pre-Hispanic-inspired bread
pudding, crafted from freshly baked bread by Ashik Bakery and soaked
in a warm, spiced clove and panela glaze. The dessert is elevated with
a luxurious corn-honey carrot caramel, topped with vanilla whipped
cream, dried fruits, nuts, and a dash of cinnamon. It's paired with a
traditional rellenito—mashed plantains stuffed with sweetened black
beans, finished with tangy crema agria and vibrant pomegranate seeds.
