In rural East Africa, youth unemployment can reach 75%. Without jobs entire communities struggle to find ways to take care of their families and improve their community. We are dedicated to facing this challenge by creating meaningful jobs that employ youth and improve communities. We’ve already started, from creating soccer leagues that engage young men as both players and community mentors to supporting local artisans in reaching larger markets, our initiatives are designed to break the cycle of poverty from the ground up.

Our organization’s network has started more than two dozen businesses in the US, creating jobs for more than a thousand people and funding third world development efforts. But sending money to meet basic needs doesn’t create sustainable change. Creating businesses and initiatives there creates lasting change, but it takes some capital to get started.
