Support Program Completion Awards for 25 Students

At Citizens Alliance for Progress, Inc. (CAP), we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to grow, explore their potential, and return to school prepared for success. Our Summer Career Institute equips middle and high school students with essential life skills, leadership development, and experiences that help them build confidence in themselves and their future.

Each student who completes the program earns a $500 Program Completion Award—a meaningful investment that helps them start the new school year ready and supported. With 25 students participating, we are raising $12,500 to ensure every student receives their well-earned award.

Why We Provide a Program Completion Award

Each middle and high school participant earns a $500 Program Completion Award upon finishing the program. This monetary award plays a vital role in helping students return to school equipped and confident.

Many students face financial barriers that make it difficult to start the school year prepared. The Program Completion Award helps them with:

School supplies and materials
Clothing and shoes for a confident start to the year
Fees for classes, activities, or extracurricular programs
Personal needs that allow them to focus on learning
Savings for future education or enrichment opportunities

For many of these students, this is the first time they receive a financial award tied directly to their dedication and growth. It reinforces an important message: When students show commitment, responsibility, and positive decision-making, their community invests in them.
