The Ecosystem Collective is a coalition of small nonprofits and their networks that have agreed to implement three values and guiding principles in their organizations:

Reciprocal trust through the practice of Distributive Leadership
Gratitude through the practice of Restorative Justice
Generosity through the practice of a Gift Economy

Through a mutual aid network of unwavering solidarity - we act now - proving that by living our values in community, we hold the power to reduce harm and shape a future where people and planet thrive.

Short-term goal, the outcomes are:

Shared resources, reduction of expenses, and increased efficiency in supporting community members

Long-term goal - the outcomes are:

Incubator for change, model for next iteration of community, & sustainability of positive impacts

Rooted in social justice, the Eco-Collective aims to counter systems of control, violence, and greed by modeling a more balanced, humane, and collaborative way of building community. Many people and organizations attempt to do address all the problems that the current system that rewards greed, control & violence. However, there are others who are committed to co-creating a new system that minimizes harm.
