Euclid Development Corporation (EDCOR) has been a pillar of our community, working tirelessly to promote equitable access to affordable, quality housing and foster thriving, inclusive neighborhoods in Euclid, Ohio. Our mission is more critical than ever, but we need your help to continue our vital work.

The Challenge We Face

Due to anticipated operating support funding cuts, we are at risk of having to reduce our essential services, including:

Home improvement loans
Downpayment assistance loans
Development of new community programs

These programs are lifelines for many in our community, enabling low- and moderate-income residents to achieve and maintain homeownership, enhancing neighborhood stability, and allowing seniors to age in place.

Your Support Makes a Real Difference

Earlier this year, through our new Neighborhood Opportunity Grant program, we were able to help a local family make critical plumbing and basement repairs that significantly improved their health and safety. This grant, combined with one of our home improvement loans, made it possible for them to address issues affecting their health that they otherwise couldn't have afforded to fix.

Our Goal

We aim to raise $5,000 over the next two months (September and October) to ensure we can continue providing these crucial services without interruption. Your contribution, no matter the size, will help us maintain and expand our programs, keeping Euclid strong and vibrant for all its residents.
